This is the same software used for Wikipedia and the other Wikimedia foundations, as well as many other private wikis.
Every educational institution, department, professional field or specialty can create its own wiki, with the same professional features as the others.
The latest versions allow users to view and edit news without any knowledge of HTML or CSS. Better still, when modifications are made, previous versions are retained, enabling work to be restored in the event of spam or irrational actions.
