Nothing better than a typing test to find out!
Key Hero Typing Test offers its typing test in French, English, Spanish and about 20 other languages, including Chinese and Korean. Quotes from literature are offered.
The rules are simple: the text is displayed, you have to copy it identically. Like karaoke, as you type, your progress is shown in green or in another color if you make mistakes, the color depends on the type of error.
When you make a mistake, you have the choice to correct it by going back or not to, the mistakes will then be deducted from your score.
The counter starts when you click "Start".
Results
At the end you get a graph of your speed and accuracy as well as the text with all the mistakes and types of mistakes made, corrected or not, superimposed.
The presentation is whatever, the site is free and is financed by advertising... but the result is interesting and allows you to measure your progress.
Accuracy is favored and you gain from making fewer mistakes to increase your speed and not trying to go faster.
