What is the Bright Deutsch test
The Bright Deutsch is one of 11 language tests administered by the company Bright Language. It is a language reference tool mainly used in professional and academic settings for the recruitment of employees and students of large Spanish-speaking schools and companies.
The Bright Deutsch is present in no less than 80 countries, in which companies use it as a recruitment tool. Indeed, the objective of Bright is to obtain the most neutral assessment possible of the language level of candidates.
The Bright Deutsch test takes place online, over a period of 45 to 60 minutes. It is divided into two parts assessing two distinct skill areas.
- The first part of the Bright Deutsch (the Bright Deutsch Reading) focuses on grammar, vocabulary, and language structure.
- The second part (the Bright Deutsch Listening) assesses the candidate's listening comprehension. These two sections each consist of 60 questions presented in MCQ format.
