Faced with an ever-increasing number of applications, the use of tools for pre-selecting candidates is becoming more and more frequent. Leo Hemamou proposes in his thesis to explore, develop and improve an automated video analysis method of deferred job interviews whose goal is to pre-select the most relevant candidates for a given position in an ethical and fair way.
