The disconnection adventure
With the pervasive presence of social networks in all aspects of our lives, it becomes difficult if not impossible for some to imagine a connected life. Not only is it possible, it is also necessary to reconnect with oneself and others, to change one's rhythm, to recharge one's batteries and to regain one's energy. Connecting is learning to live fully in the moment without feeling guilty.

Resonance as a theory of learning
Resonance, whether emotional, cognitive, behavioral or bodily, amplifies our relationship to the world. We would be less the exclusive plaything of easily traceable interpersonal interactions, than caught in a skein of resonances encompassing all the dimensions of the being and of the environment in which it bathes.
Authority for motivation
Every teacher or trainer is confronted, more or less, with the problem of authority. Does this mean that authority no longer has a raison d'être?
Are some remedies worse than the disease, in ecology as in economics?
We're facing a lot of challenges, and we need to put dogma aside. The most important thing is to convince rather than coerce, in order to rally as many people as possible to the causes that concern us all.
Group longevity and the effect on learning
The duration and depth of learning could well be linked to the friendly qualities that develop in a group, and learning and living together could also increase our life expectancy.
