The amount of data generated by learners during an e-learning course is immense. Who, what, where, how, when? What were their results at the end, etc.? We can know it all!
But what are we going to do with this data? How can we absorb it? How do we organize power between trainees, trainers, training centers and customers?

The competition with robots is tough and the only tasks left to humans are those that require adaptability and continuous professionalization and therefore commitment.
Getting rid of gender stereotypes in textbooks
Although societies are generally trying to reduce gender inequalities, stereotypes remain tenacious. Textbooks are a prime example of this, with an absence of female historical figures and very clichéd illustrations of roles or professions. Yet, this problem is rather easy to solve.
