Teachers, many of whom have played the games themselves, are using this universe to address a wide range of subjects taught at school.
Games that are too serious... aren't.
If we're presented with a game with rich, adaptable rules, a relevant territory, stimulating objectives and opportunities to win that encourage us to develop, then we can put all the stakes in the world, but we won't succeed in making it too serious. Only a game that's boring or no longer a game can become "too serious".
Learning away from life
We don't learn the same things in the city as we do in the country. The city shapes our inner landscapes and our ways of relating in many ways.
