Change your habits? Three goal-setting apps

Choose them, pursue them, evaluate progress and celebrate

Setting goals and pursuing them while 1,000 other proposals try to distract us from them seems like a lost cause. Not if you use the same tool that distracts us from our priorities.

Here are three apps to help us determine our goals and organize ourselves to achieve them. With these apps, we can measure our activity, set targets and deadlines, get statistics and reminders and even encouragement. Of course, it's always possible to call on a coach or the community with the additional services offered, but the basic app is already an interesting help.
