Competent but depressed: what's going on?
When an administration leaves control of the environment and execution to those whose competence it has recognized, the school adjusts and the teachers become involved. Taking the logic a step further, once students are recognized as competent to study, why take away their control of their study environment, which includes both their organization and how they go about it? Why can't they choose online courses in high school?
Is a camp counselor just another job? Not really. First of all, it is often occupied by young adults, even teenagers. Secondly, you have to be able to keep the children safe and entertained during a given period. These are demanding tasks that require training beforehand.

Welcome to the world of "flexible seating" where the classroom setting is becoming more flexible to allow for more active teaching.
Educate children about water conservation
If young people are more aware of climate issues, they are not very knowledgeable on all subjects. It is easy, for example, to believe that the water is fine when the so-called drinking water arrives at home in an unlimited way. Thus, it is the duty of parents and teachers to remind the importance of the preservation of aquatic environments and the reduction of domestic consumption.
