Others see it as a guarantee of quality: a pathway where all succeed is suspect. But the actors of education are becoming aware of its economic and human cost. Studies, experiments and associative actions suggest some ways forward.
Unesco has developed the "learning city" label, but what happens when you change scale? What are the effects of megacities on learning? How do we redefine "what is authoritative"?
